Actia Forum

We entered the waters of consulting and conference and event organisation 20 years ago. The company was founded by Bogdan Ołdakowski, who is still at the helm. Times have been changing dynamically all the time, and we have remained stable on the market despite many storms. Held annually for more than a decade, the conference is one of the most important industry events related to the transport and logistics sector and the port industry on the map of Pomerania. From the very beginning, it has been guided by the goal of promoting cooperation between representatives of various ports, institutions and companies. It is an opportunity to establish new business relations and meet long-term partners. Each year, we prepare a program that addresses the most important issues for the development of the industry, guaranteeing participants the opportunity to have direct contact with leading experts.

This year’s topics: the impact of the current and future status and policies of Europe in the transport sector, port investment strategies, electrification, shore power solutions, digital twin technology / The 2025 edition will take place at PPNT Gdynia.

Baltic Ports Conference, Gdańsk, Poland,
6-8 October 2025

This is the largest annual event of the Baltic Ports Organization (BPO), a non-profit port organization currently consisting of over 50 members representing the most prominent ports and stakeholders in the Baltic Sea region. All BPO members, as well as participants and guests, come together to discuss key and pressing issues for port sector. Above all, it is an excellent networking platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience among the various stakeholders that make up the maritime community in the region.

The 2025 edition will take place at the AmberExpo Exhibition and Congress Center during the 23rd International Maritime and Military Fair | BALTEXPO Fair 2025.
